Probationers Retreat at The Briery in Ilkley


The Briery was a lovely location for our Probationers Retreat, run by the Sisters of the Cross and Passion.

We were well fed and well looked after.


Not only was it a time to reflect and refresh ourselves, for many of us it was a chance to catch up with some of the people we had trained with.


For me what was one of the highlights was meeting others from around the four Yorkshire Districts, some who I’ve only ever really met online, others this was the first time.

We reflected, worshipped, ate and laughed…


I loved this Cross…
