Mothering Sunday

I want to say thank you, thank you for looking after me… for feeding me, for clothing me, for picking me up when I was down, for loving me for who I am, most of all for nurturing me… because without that nurture I would not be the person I am today.

My mum has not been with us for quite some time but I still want to say thank you! Thank you for loving me unconditionally, for looking after me… And a big Thank you to my Dad and others who have nurtured me over the years and still do.

“Thank you heavenly father for all those who take on a mothering roll, for all they have done for us and pray that the love they show for us may be reflected in the way that we show our love for others and in the way we each strive to live our lives according to your will.”
